- 1 15 oz can canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup gluten-free couscous (or cauliflower couscous)
- 1.25 cups vegetable broth (gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss beef cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
