- 4 pieces salmon fillets (skin-on, 6 oz each)
- 1 large fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp saffron threads
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Rub salmon fillets with 2 tbsp olive oil, saffron threads, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and black pepper.
