- 3 cups cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
- 0.5 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 pieces lime wedges, for serving

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 4 minutes.
