- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 0.5 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a large air-fryer-safe bowl or insert, toss sliced beef with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic until well coated.
