- 2 cups beef broth (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 each lemon, zested & juiced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled (for garnish)

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. In a large, air-fryer-safe skillet or baking dish, add olive oil, ground beef, and red onion. Break up beef and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway.
