- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 0.5 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 each lime, juiced
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. In a large air fryer-safe skillet or dish, add olive oil, diced onion, and bell pepper. Air fry for 4 minutes, stirring halfway.
