- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
