- 4 4-oz pieces sole fillets
- 12 oz broccolini
- 8 oz baby potatoes (optional, for non-keto)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 whole lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Toss broccolini (and baby potatoes if using) with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in air fryer basket.
Air-fry broccolini (and potatoes) at 400°F for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
