- 14 oz extra-firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (such as canola or avocado)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha or chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced

Press tofu for 5 minutes to remove excess water. Cut into 1-inch cubes and gently toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
