- 14 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 3 whole scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil spray
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
