Ginger-Tamari Tofu with Roasted Broccolini and Toasted Sesame Seeds
This quick and flavorful tofu recipe features crispy air-fried tofu cubes tossed in a ginger-tamari marinade, served with tender roasted broccolini and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. Perfect for a weeknight dinner in under 20 minutes.

- 16 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 12 oz broccolini, trimmed
- 3 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

In a mixing bowl, whisk together tamari, ginger, garlic, toasted sesame oil, and black pepper. Add tofu cubes and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cornstarch and gently toss again.
