- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 cups bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange), sliced
- 1 cup jasmine rice, uncooked
- 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.25 cup green onions, sliced
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions in a small saucepan.
